Check-in was efficient, and the King Room Mobility Access was spacious and clean. The hotel features a heated indoor pool and a well-equipped fitness center, which I appreciated . Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The conference room with A/V equipment available for up to 80 people is a great amenity for business travelers.
The availability of the hot tub was misleading.

View was delightful, breakfast was hot, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff has always been very nice, and the facilities were modern! Central location of this good basic hotel was a bonus. It was as expected, had a comfortable stay on a vacation.

great for weekend city walks and park visits
I was really impressed by how cute and helpful the staff were, made my mornings a joy thanks to their attention to the breakfast area that offered a lovely variety. Being just an easy stroll from scenic parks like Onondaga Lake Park and Wegman's Landing Park allowed me to enjoy beautiful views and leisurely walks around the area.

We had a very nice time. We liked a complimentary breakfast with coffee maker and muffins, for example. Queen room was airy and reasonably priced had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The atmosphere created was family. The service was good with parking in the area. There also was easy parking and very clean pool.
